I get a few common questions often by email. Today, I’m digging into your Beachbody coach questions like: can you have more than one Beachbody coach? What should I know about going from customer to coach? What is a PS coach? What’s an Upline Coach? I’ll also answer your questions about switching coaches.
No, you can only have one Beachbody coach. Your customer account is tied to their coach account, and they earn a commission off your orders.
A Beachbody coach can help you choose the right program and stay motivated. You can switch coaches; however, you should only do this if your coach isn’t in touch with you.
Yes, if you can’t get ahold of your coach, or they aren’t willing to help you – you can switch coaches. You can use this form to change coaches. You’ll need to have a new coach in mind because the form asks for their name, ID and email. If you’d like me to be your coach my information is Kim Sorey; thegirls@soreyfitness.com; 301223.
You should again only switch as a last resort.
Yes, a Team Beachbody coach most likely came in as a customer and upgraded to being a coach. Every Beachbody coach has an upline coach that they signed up with.
You can reach out to your coach and ask them about signing up. They’ll be able to send you a link to get started as a coach! You can coach for the discount or as a business like we do. If you’d like to be apart of our team, check out our application at the bottom of this post.
Every Beachbody coach will have to sign up under another coach. Even if you were to go to Beachbody without a coach in mind, they would randomly assign you someone. This is actually a good thing. By signing up under another coach, you’ll have access to additional resources most of the time. For example, we offer exclusive bonuses, mentorships, a password protected training website, and more to our people that sign up as coaches on our team.
We'll email this post to you, so you can come back to it later!
PS Coach stands for a personally sponsored coach. This term is used when someone signs up with you as their coach.
An Upline Beachbody Coach is the person you sign up to coach with. This person should be able to offer support and training to help you grow your business.
You can switch Team Beachbody coaches pretty easily as a customer; however, you can’t change your upline coach as easily. If you’re a Team Beachbody coach, and you’re wanting to switch coaches you only have two options.
If you decide to switch within 24 hours of signing up, you can contact Beachbody to make the change.
If it’s after the 24 hours, you have to prove your coach is no longer providing any support to you. If you fall into the 2nd category, you will have to state your case to Beachbody’s compliance team, and it’s decided on a case-by-case basis.
The other option is to quit, wait 6 months and sign back up with your desired Team Beachbody Upline Coach.
Yes, their coach would be their upline coach that they signed up with.
