I needed to get a new one and this is my first Whirlpool one. Having had over a decade of experience with the combo. Many people will say, "it doesn't dry" or "it takes too long to dry" I say to them, be patient and sometimes, all your clothes need is a good shake when you take them out, and the steam will come right off that makes your garments feel wet. My clothes come out fresh and dry.

Did not dry, calked whirlpool they sent technician, decided it was heating element. Had it them replace it, after they left did a load of laundry same thing no drying. Called again and they are sending another technician. It is August 10 and still not able to do laundry 😡😡

I previously owned a GE washer which I got used and it lasted me 14 years. Never had the luxury of a dryer and this model is really worth its weight!

Had to call customer service and have someone come look at it. Found out that it’s a heating component that failed. Still waiting for the replacement.
